Positioning. Pitch. Network(ing) Tilmelding slutter: 17-11-2025 23.55

This workshop is for female entrepreneurs who have already taken the first steps with their business and are ready to build further. You’ll work hands-on with your own company and gain practical tools to sharpen your positioning, strengthen your pitch, and activate your network.

The workshop series consists of three sessions designed as a growth journey – from identifying the customer’s core problem to pitching your solution with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Through hands-on exercises and practical tools, you’ll strengthen your ability to:

  • Create clarity around the problem you solve for your customers – and communicate it with impact.
  • Assess and validate your solution and business idea, so you’re well-prepared for conversations with customers and investors.
  • Present your business with confidence – both in pitches and meetings.
  • Activate your network and drive progress using your own resources
  • Leverage your personal strengths – such as authenticity, presence, and relationships – in your communication and business development.

This workshop series is for you if you're a female entrepreneur with a proof of concept, sustainable growth ambitions and preferably with at least one publicly available annual financial statement. Participation is completely free – all it takes is your time and enthusiasm.

The workshop series is made up of:

Module 1: Problem Discovery & Ecosystem Mapping (In-person, 4 hours)

  • Introduction to problem framing: “You’re not selling a product – you’re solving a problem”
  • Map the functional, emotional, and social needs of your target audience
  • Mapping personal and professional contacts

Module 2: Solution Fit, Story & Communication (in-person, 4 hours)

  • What makes a solution strong – and how do we assess fit?
  • How does your solution stand out and create value?
  • Work with storytelling and pitch structures:
    • Hero’s Journey – the customer as hero, the company as guide
    • Problem–Agitate–Solve – persuasive structure for investors/customers
  • Explore how feminine strengths like authenticity and presence can enhance your pitch

Module 3: Pitch Practice & Peer Feedback (in-person, 4 hours)
